Rick,
We are often so busy with our jobs
that we fail to take the time to recognize individual accomplishments. I
know I have said this before but I just wanted to tell you what
a great job that Kelly does in supporting our business. This week we made
some significant changes with our EDI VAN supplier. As usual, there were
some last minute changes but Kelly easily and quickly handled all of the
obstacles. Our EDI processing was only down for a short time (during
our slowest section of the day) during the conversion. Better yet,
everything ran smoothly after the conversion (not even one hiccup). The
conversion went so well that none of our trading partners or internal staff
realized that any changes had been made. FYI .. this conversion should
cut our monthly VAN charges in half.
You should be very proud and happy
to have Kelly on your team. We are extremely happy with all of the work
that Kelly does for us. He is always timely, efficient and courteous and
I enjoy working with him.
