I wanted to take a moment and thank your for Penny.  She is always willing to assist, and she always solves the issue at hand.  The last issue I gave her compounded itself, and she was able to correctly diagnose the problem, and stage the remedy, and remain pleasant and supportive.  She alerted me to a hardware issue on my end, and then corrected the problem with Sterling Commerce (VAN) once the hardware was replaced.  It’s always a pleasure to work with Penny.
